1 Reviews of the Aspect 1

By: Jeff6000  Reason: I own(ed) one  Made in: 2012   Rating:

I am a bike tourist and I must start by saying that after buying several small tents this is the best.

At 6ft 4inches I am very tall, but I fit nicely in this backpacking tent.

Very waterproof, but do get small amount of condensation in the morning.

Very lightweight but srong construction alloy tubing rather than the solid heavy weight glass fibre poles.

Has stood up to some high winds,I think this is a very good value tent and the colour of the tent fades away into the background.

I would not pay £400 for a tent when this can be had.

Manufacturer's Description

The new Wild Country Aspect 1 retains the high-spec qualities of more expensive models, without the price tag to match.

The Aspect 1's light weight (1.75kg), large porch and excellent ventilation make it a great tent for solo backpacking, and the easy to pitch design means that it's a simple tent to use as well. The full-length side door not only offers easy access, improved ventilation options and fantastic views, but with the addition of an Awning Pole Set (sold seperately) can be transformed into a proper awning to make a sheltered cooking area.

A great choice for solo travellers who want a quality tent without breaking the bank.
